cheese crackers

28 crackers is 150 calories. I'm guessing I've had more than 28 today.

They're just that good.

As far as vitamins and nutrients, we got some serious vitamin A (4%) and a TON of iron (6%).

Fun ingredient: "paprika oleoresin"

sloppy joes that i made. with corn.

I decided to be industrious and cook

and by cook, i mean brown meat and add a can of sauce

first, i bought the following

I bought the bold sauce. dont do that. it sucks.

i put the mean in the pan. i browned it. i drained it. i put it back in the pan and added the sauce

the finished product

it was ok

the bold sauce really ruined it

as far as nutrition goes, you probably don't want to know.

the meat has a lot of calories. the sauces has a lot, too. so did the corn with the butter. and the cheerwine i drank.

a granola bar

this blog is basically the opposite of those ones that tell you what you should eat, with pictures of noodles and salads, and other crap that no one likes to eat.

this one is about real food. granola bars. cans of grape Sunkist. potato chips.

to get started, its a granola bar.

I know what you're thinking. "That's pretty tame". and compared to other stuff I generally eat, you're probably right.

this bad boy has 90 calories, a half of a gram of polyunsaturated fat, and 8% of my daily calcium.

thats pretty intense.
